RADD is not your conventional architecture studio. We exist to challenge the status quo — not for the sake of rebellion, but because we believe the best work lives at the intersection of curiosity and precision.

We design with intent. Every line drawn, every material chosen, every space formed is part of a larger conversation about how architecture can work harder, last longer, and feel better. RADD fuses forward-thinking design with hands-on development, ensuring that our ideas don’t just look good on paper, they get built, and they perform.

Founded by architect-developers who are as invested in the process as the outcome, RADD integrates design and development to create projects that are both conceptually bold and financially grounded. We take on select client work and pursue self-initiated developments that reflect our values: timelessness, quality, and radical thoughtfulness.

We’re small by choice. Agile, selective, and uncompromising when it comes to our craft. Based in North Coastal San Diego, our team is relentless about doing work that stands up to both critique and time.
